If you find the wheel a good distance there is probably not a lot you can do.
But if you'd like to be a touch closer to the wheel, unbolt your seat and move it forward. From memory there are a couple of sets of holes in the seat rails and floor and you can mount the seat a touch closer. Of course, I could be wrong and just be getting my cars mixed up.

Jackie, unfortunately there is not much adjustment in the clutch pedal that will help you. The only real option is moving the seat farther forward and maybe reclining it a bit if your arm positioning is to close. You could maybe use a cushion to move you a bit farther forward, or perhaps some kind of spacer on top of the clutch pedal.
Dont worry about shifting to much at the auto-x, set it in 2nd and forget it!

...as others have said, unbolt and move forward a bit.
On another note, it's good to see the fairer sex with more than just a passing interest in the 944.![thumbup](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/thumbup.gif)
As with all new members, you have to post pictures of your car. If some of you get mixed in that's OK too.

If this is your long term car then consider midifying the pedal assembly itself, this may you adjust the brake and clutch at the same time.
I have changed the pedal reach for my wife on my Lotus for exactly the same reason, but it involves taking out the pedals or pedal box and extending the pedal reach that is done with an insert welded in, sounds complex but is qute easy to do, any competant mechanic can do, it will lift the brake and clutch pedal equally up by 1 or 2" as you require.

thanks guys, i was actually hesitant posting this... but glad to see i am not the only one... the platforms were about to be a worthy option, the ones suggested are HOT... but i dont think i will pass tech inspection with those...
my boyfriend is 6 ft, so i'll have to find a good compromise on this, but i'll check out the seat bolt thing first... he doesnt mind driving the "gumba" style recliner position .....
see you at the track....

A woman I know in the LA area who has AutoX'ed for years in a couple of Corvettes and an RX7.
she and her husband have won national championships, uses an orthopedic(sp?) shoe.
had a thick sole at the front of her foot, 'cept, she wore it on her throttle foot!

Is the front of your seat raised? In the 944S2 with electric seats you can tilt down the front of the seat which would give you a bit more reach. I'm not sure if you have a similar adjustment on manual seats.
I would think you would have a similar issue with the accelerator?
You might be able to have the slave cylinder adjusted to achieve full disengagement sooner. Usually you do not need to depress the clutch to the floor. My car engages high on the stroke.
