Default Hey...where's the cup holder?

The 40 mile commute at 4:30 AM is a little tough while holding my coffee between my legs!

There is no cup holder... My PO had some sort of aftermarket ones screwed on the door panels though.

there is a cup holder but it sucks if you open the glove box you will notice there are groves for cups to sit... I would not use them cuz hot coffee on a tan interior wow stains everywhere

That one? That one is so bad I didn't think of mentioning it as it would be like an insult, lol.

I got my cupholders at Wal-Mart. Two in one thing with a small pocket in the middle for whatever (i use it to hold my wallet.)

Kragen Auto Parts here in California has something like it for about $7US

http://www.partsamerica.com/ProductD...egoryCode=3038

It just wedges between the passenger seat and the center console. It doesn't bother my passengers any so it works great for the few bucks I paid, and if I need to remove it, no unsightly holes or velcro to deal with.

Hope this helps!

These cars come with cup holders... A Jack in the Box medium fits great in the gap between the p-seat and the door sill...

I just picked up a "custom" cup holder on Ebay. It's not here yet but I suspect it will do nicely. It's not for me, it's for the wife's car, I would never blow almost $50 on something so "uneccessary" for myself but she logs about 1500 miles a week on her car so it's pretty important to her sanity to have a Starbucks on hand at all times.

I just got a great cup holder from Jef at Inventiva Concepts (jef@inventivaconcepts.com) for $35 plus $3.50 for shipping. He advertises a version for the 911 on ebay, but he has a 944 version as well that is not typically advertised. It's all metal construction and bolts onto the inboard seat track on the passenger seat. Holds everything from a 12 oz. can of soda to a large BK cup. It's extremely secure. Check out the pics.

Just a follow up, I got the cup holder the other day (very quick shipping) and it works a treat. Wife is pleased as punch. The whole thing is covered in a rubberized dip, it's pretty sturdy too. It positions the cups nicely and just like they advertise it does not bother the passanger at all while installed. Pretty cool IMHO.

Gotta have one! That is all there is to it. Gotta have one. The wife will "thank me" if I buy her one for her car for sure.

IIRC, these cars all came with the cupholder delete option, but they failed to print the code on the sticker in the back due to a snafu in the factory.
