Hello All!
I have a question about installing a new felt track for my lower window track inside my 944S door.
Does anyone know how to do this? I have the new felt track rubber and was looking at this inside my door. For the life of me I cant figure out how to get to this thing to remove it and install the new one.
Thanks!!!
Jason

For the ones inside the door- put window up, pull panel and protector. LOOK how far up (the old guides) go. Peel old ones out of their tracks. Slide new one up under window in track to same height as before. Seat the rest into channel. May have to trim bottom. Piece of cake. May want a little weatherstrip adhesive in the channel if you are compulsive.
Good Luck.

I'm going to add on to this old thread with another question...how do you replace the metal window guide at the back of the door? Also, would the absence of this guide cause the (manual) lock to get jammed? It won't open with the key and is extremely hard to open by hand from inside.
Thx for any help (Clarks has nothing )
