Next up, I created these clips to fit into the factory brake wear sensor clips on the front, to replace missing or broken grommets on the harness.

6mm bore through, and clip in really nicely. anti-rotation detail to prevent then moving.

I have a Mark Forged printer at work luckily, it does a nylon sort of material.

there is a bit of a thin section which is unavoidable- but it didn’t cause any issues with that material.
