Does anyone know of a reasonably priced 1984 944 steering rack resource or a kit that refurbishes the original rack that is in the car?

Any help apprreciated.

I've bought one from rockauto. It was a refurbished unit from MAVAL (Part # 9165M). They go out of stock quickly so signup for the in-stock alert. I paid 250$ with a 250$ core deposit.

I've also bought one from another online source for a bit less. If you search for the part number you'll find one sooner or later.
