Default Huge negative camber on 87' 944

Having negative camber issues with my 944. It had turbo brakes on it when I bought them which I replaced. I tried adjust camber but it's maxed out. The car is not aligned at all.
It went something like this:
- replaced front spindles;
- replaced front brake calipers + rotors;
- replaced front spring/struts;
- replaced front wheel bearing.

The camber is pretty bad and the car is very hard to steer.

Any ideas? Thanks!

What year is your car?
I am wondering if you have late offset control arms with early spindles/strut mounts, pushing the bottom of the wheels further out.

It's a 1987. I was thinking the same thing and planning on checking the part numbers to see if they match.

What do you think?

I concur with Spencer, you may likely have early offset spindles/hubs. Those did not come with ABS so they mount further in.

The fix would be to get spindles/hubs from an 87 or later car, preferably an S2 or turbo. I am unsure if spindles/hubs from a 87+ NA (non-turbo/S2) car will work with the Turbo rotors, maybe someone else can chime in.

I guess checking the part numbers will be the easiest option to figure out which parts aren't correct.

part numbers or pictures posted here would help identify.
if the brake rotor mounts between the wheel hub and the strut then it's an early variant.
