21st Annual 928 Frenzy - Sept. 29 - Oct. 1, 2017
The 21st Annual 928 Frenzy will take place Sept. 29 - Oct. 1, 2017 in the vicinity of Dulles, VA. Once again our group hotel will be the Holiday Inn, Dulles.
A summary of the activities is provided below, but for more details please see the event web site at www.928frenzy.org for more details.
A discounted block of rooms has been reserved for our group under the name "Porsche 928 Frenzy." The rate is $79+tax per night for Friday and Saturday. For those of you arriving on Thursday, a higher rate applies for Thursday night: $99+tax.
Holiday Inn, Dulles: Frenzy Booking Link
Friday activities will be:
4-7PM Wash and shine at Odds & Ends Detailing
7-11PM Social gathering at Holiday Inn with private room. For an improved experience from prior years, we will have a pre-paid buffet available as well as a cash bar. This should eliminate the long waits for food and drink we experienced last year!
On Saturday, the main Frenzy event will take place at Odds & Ends new, larger location, 112 Oakgrove Rd #111, Sterling, VA 20166. The new location is still a convenient drive from the Holiday Inn, but there is more parking and a larger shop space for us to gather in.
Saturday afternoon: Optional Fun Run
Saturday evening: Optional banquet at Holiday Inn
Sunday morning: Informal breakfast gathering in the Holiday Inn breakfast room
Sunday afternoon: PCA Potomac picnic in Howard County, MD. See Post #127 for details.
Registration will be open until Sept. 7. Please register early so that we can get a proper count for t-shirt sizes. If you are on the fence about coming, register anyway. You can cancel up to Sept. 23 with no penalty.
