So a quick update - the bench tested Blink'r did not work on the car. I'll have to bench test again to see if it's the homemade Blink'r (most likely) or the test port wiring. That having happened, good to have a back-up procedure. I unplugged my O2 sensor at the fuse panel area and used a wideband O2 sensor at the tailpipe (I have a catless X pipe). With the rebuilt MAF, I was pretty close already, but minor turning of the CO pot got me to a 14.7-14.8 reading. So I'm going to call that "done." Homemade tool worked fine - but angle drive would have made it smoother (U-joint can bind up) Rebuilt MAF came in around 378 ohms.
