Need a part
Does anyone have one of these items they can spare? Or anyone got a new one Roger?)
It is the "bushing" that goes on the front of the spider, that the cold start injector mounts onto. It has a vacuum line attachment, which is broken off on my 79 Euro....I Have circled it on the pic.
Thanks in advance.

Ron,
When I redid the spider on my '79, that piece cracked on me too. When I bought the replacement, I bought 2 just in case so if you have an immediate need, I have a spare I can loan you if you want to replace my spare when you get a replacement. Come on over or I can ship it tomorrow USPS where you'd probably get it Tuesday.

Thanks Pete. Not an immediate need, but I might take you up on it...the 79 I picked up last weekend has it broken, the vacuum stub is gone, and someone epoxied over the hole. I'm going to try to fire her up this weekend, and wanted to put all the vacuum lines back into the right place. I don't know why, but all 3 of the basket cases I have, the po's butcher all the vacuum lines, as if Porsche didn't need them, and disconnecting and plugging is the miracle cure....sheesh. Can pull the one off my 78 if I get desperate...lol.
If Roger can't hook me up, I'll be back in touch. I see most of the usual vendors have it available.
