Awesome job! My Coke car started life as an auto and one of it's previous owners (Constantine?) did the reassignment surgery.

The clutch pedal is a Wilwood floor mount #340-138-33 with a compact integral M/C. Everything is inside the car. The fluid line drops down thru floor and runs along bottom under exhaust heat shield to same location as stock line then up and over starter. You can just see the M/C under the carpet. I trimmed out all the insulation and put the unit up against the firewall leaving just enough room to take cap off M/C I have about 100 miles on it and it works great. Looks weirder than it feels.

That's awesome. For a while, I was thinking about this set up to convert a automatic 928 but never had the time and knowledge to partake so I bought a manual 86.5 instead. Great job.

I have put some seat time in on the 5spd conversion. I feel like I have rediscovered the car. I drove it for years with the auto and its an awesome car. Now I feel like I got a brand new version of the car I loved. I`m much more a participant in the drive than before. Lovin it.

thanks for the pictures,
a new upgrade is the Greg Brown flex line for the slave ,
this removes the convoluted routing of the flex and hard line ,
well worth the price of admission

I eliminated the flex line portion. Plumbed it with hard line from M/C to Slave with one easy to reach union between below floor. Amazing what you can do with a tubing bender and a flair tool. It was a breeze to bleed.

Man, that does look weird. Do you have pictures without the carpet?

Did I read that right ? you only have hard line between the M/C and Slave. If so that solid line isn't going to last very long trying to accomodate the movement of the motor relative to the body of the car.
