Is there anything else you can tell us about the car that is not listed in your eBay ad?

I really like the silver-on-silver, but that magenta carpet would have to go. Was that a custom install from the factory?

 

I was also thinking what a fabulous car - till I too saw the magenta. Then, to top it off, they used black floor mats! Black? Silver car, grey interior, magenta carpet (eek) and black floor mats. No offense here, but might someone be partially colorblind? Thats all I can think of.

Very nice car. I have been watching it slowly climb. It looks like it ia now at $39.5

 

Its sold.....The buyer went out and viewed it personally. The color scheme is tough to swallow but he told me it goes very well together as a whole. 39,500 was the sale price. An ebay price. Thats whats so fun about this business I do. Everyone wins.........

 

Sean....do you own (or have you ever owned) a 928? Just curious.

 

I was watching this one too...out of sheer curiosity. Nice car Sean...congrats on the sale...where do you find all of 'em? I cannot imagine that the magenta carpeting was installed OUTSIDE of the factory. That had to be a customer request. Some of the "special orders" that Porsche has produced are pretty interesting. I recently read something online about a triple black 928 GT (or maybe a GTS) ordered by Chrissie Evert (tennis pro) that had a LIZARD skin interior...dash and all. Would love to see photos of that one. Anyone out there have a link to them?
