Default Dash cover, anyone seen this type?

Anyone seen a dash cover like mine. It is wrapped very close and has been glued on. Working to remove now, but it breaks into pieces when removing.

Ok, cool. Never saw a set up like this. I'll attempt a leather replacement. Stupid plastic is dry rotten to the point of driving me crazy.
