Thats bad news. Did you pay by Paypal? Maybe they can help. You can start a inquiry to get a refund from them.
Keep on trying to contact Woodypeck. Tell him his business is being discussed on Rennlist. If you do not get any reply this could be the moment to warn others to buy from him in the future.
I feel sorry for you in this moment. Hopefully he will deliver the cover for you. I realy do not understand why he is neglecting his customers so badly.

I sent a note through PayPal to Woodypeck and today I received a refund. Long haul but I am happy that this is resolved.

Good news you got your money back. Unfortunately no cover. I hope you can find a cover to complete your car.
Rose Passion is offering a cover for 895 euro. Not cheap.

I believe that there is someone in the States who makes the covers. Seems to have very positive feedback from the community. Might be worth a try!

I wish I saw this thread before I ordered my cover from Woodypeck over a year ago. Another Rennlister with a bad experience, still no cover or refund.

Apologies for not replying as I have been unable to get on Rennlist for over a year or more. Gave up trying in the end and Rennlist finally sent me a log in reminder this morning and it actually works at last. So just looking through some crazy old messages and catching up. We also had major website crash last year which screwed our whole online order system up so If anyone is missing anything please contact us directly at woodypeck@outlook.com and we will sort any problems out as quickly as possible.

Again, sorry for any delay or upset caused. We are back up & running now after a long haul
Regards
Steve

I had one made by:

schnellekurve@t-online.de
Contact: Sandra
Location: near Stuttgart

Sandra hand makes each one to look like the factory cover.
She sent me swatches to choose from (cloth, leather or alcantara) in the color I needed. After ordering it on a Friday she had it completed and shipped by Monday.
I wanted something as close to original as I could get. The original stretch fabric is no longer available.
She was awesome to work with and I highly recommend her. She responds to emails immediately…considering the time zone difference.
I got her name from another 928 person on rennlist...... she made a cargo cover for this one: http://bobweber.wixsite.com/928s4

I ordered a cover over a year ago from Steve Jones and still no delivery. I have had every excuse for non-delivery as you could imagine from this crook.
Thankfully the small claims court process is very simple for us in the EU. Time to teach Steve Jones a lesson...

Dan_O - I think you are right as he does not seem to learn from the process - sad really because he is a good person.

yep. Burn me once, shame on you. Burn me twice, shame on me. This should be reported in the new rennlist forum, as this guy seems to be nothing but a smoke blower. No way to run a business here.
