Maybe I'm bit off base here....however
I am selling the perfect tow vehicle. ( V10 TDI VW Touareg)
Is it appropriate to list it in the RL classified?

IMO, the Cayenne Turbo is the proper tow vehicle... Same transmission, adjustable suspension (great for loading and unloading) and a LOT faster when unhitched.
But yeah, that's a great tow vehicle! Why not post it? Can't hurt, right?

Here are a few pics of the VW towing and with a 928 as well as our Airstream.
The suspension in the V10 is the adjustable, same as the Porsche ( same car) but better mileage. The VW has 550#'s of torque and can pull more than a F250. I'm going to take more pics this weekend.
It has 101,000 miles. Just did a major service, passed CA smog, new water pump, new tires, brakes (Brembo) Locking diffs. 2007 which is the second gen Touareg, only 250 were brought into the country for 4 years, this was the last one. $72k new. The V10 is an interesting unit, twin turbo, every thing is gear driven, giving new meaning to saying "it runs like a clock". I'm going to post it on BAT soon.
i would like to get 18k for it and since the V6 TDI seem to be in short supply and I don't believe they have locking diffs or adjustable suspension. On the highway it gets around 23 to 25mph, around town it's about 18 to 19 mph. I would not use it as a mom's take the kids to soccer car. It is what it is..bit of a beast.

Ah...
Love it, one of the first dirty girls that VW has brought to the US in recent years. I absolutely love it! They showed off the performance of the V10 TDI on 5th Gear. Got banned shortly after due to the gross polluter laws.
I would love a blue one just like in the vid.

The V10 TDI did not get banned. The later V6 TDI with the defeat device has. The V10 has a different cat system. Not saying that it's it doesn't pollute but it did pass California smog last week.

She is a "Dirty Girl" and I will call all VW TDI's "Dirty Girls," its an affectionate term as far as I am concerned. Your Touareg meets the standards for the year that it was produced which is why it fits in the highly desirable catagory for me. That is why I want one SO VERY bad!!!
GLWS!!
