This is especially fascinating to a studio photographer. We will often look at a photograph and try to figure out how the lighting was set up by studying the reflections and shadows. For shiny objects, it means not only reflections of the lights but the rest of the room, and possibly the photographer himself. Cars pose a huge problem in this regard, requiring huge light boxes and white cards.
I hesitate to attempt my own S-curve shot. Might be frustrating.

My picture of the cool S reflection was purely by accident. I have the photographic skills of a corpse, so Curt I'm sure you'll capture it ten times better than me. I would have never even seen this cool reflection in my pic if it wasn't for this thread. Very cool.
Wish I could come to your gathering, looks like we will be out of town for a baseball tournament as I was afraid of. Been awhile since I've been in the Daks. Used to go to seventh lake 20yrs ago.

Ah, that's the extremely rare "Christmas Party" edition, when "Hans" thought it apt to attempt to paint the racing stripes at the same time...
