Default Fuel Regulator

Finally getting to the end of this build. She will not start and I am thinking its down to the Fuel Regulators. Having tested the fuel pressure I am getting 50psi (3.4 bar). which is way over what the workshop manual quotes (2.5 bar). Does anyone know if there is an easy way on telling which one is at fault without swapping them out with a new one?
Before spending more cash on her I was just wondering if anyone else has seen this before ? (sorry if this has been asked before as I did search previous posts without success)
Thanks again
Glen

for your car i would swap out both dampers and the FPR,

NOTE the front center damper and the 1-4 bank FPR at the rear look the same.
the other damper is at the rear of the 5-8 bank.
Make sure the MAF is also fresh

Just wondering
if I reconnected the vacuum lines incorrectly whether that would alter the pressure on the fuel rail ?

all of these parts run off the same vacuum source,
if they are original its a safe bet to swap them all.
