Holy Crap Guys! What a great surprise to find out about this thread! THANK YOU, THANK YOU to all of you, it really means a lot to me.
I guess this is a good wake up call to get the SITM thread finished, can you guys believe this is number 20!!! Wow does time fly when you are having fun, and even when you are not.

For those that don't know, Dave is one the originals here. He diagnosed a problem while I was on a road trip over the phone and got it right the first time and I went happily on my way. When they made you, they:
