I have decided to go with the grey car. My expectations are very low that I will get the red car finished by then or even in time for Monterey.

you mentioned a "928 drive" on Tuesday. Where are those details?

We were going to do the Schweizer Mountian tour on tueday but we got bumped to a waitlist.

For the Tuesday drive the plan is to get together at the Saturday and Monday evening events and make a plan. It all depends on what folks want to do.

Our suggestion is a variation of PCA's "Great Circle Route" DIY tour, but we're totally open to other ideas.

That route would take us north and west from Spokane in a big loop. This route includes crossing the Columbia on the Keller ferry, and hopefully won't reenact "Risky Business". But I must note that the ferry is broken at the moment-- but not to worry, WashDOT has their best team on it.

Here's that route (from the Parade tour book), fire up Google maps and see what you can come up with.









We're signed up for the Schweizer tour for Friday, sounds like fun.

We had booked the mountian tour for tuesday, but got waitlisted- way waitlisted- so it is now Wednesday. They are adding another tour. So we are open for this on Tuesday. Hope the 928s dont mind us in the 997....lol

I'm registered for Porsche Parade. Originally I was taking the '84 911 but have since changed my mind and now intend to drive the 928 S4. Signed up for the Schweitzer Mountain tour and looking forward to the event!

We're doing the Schweitzer Mtn. tour on Wednesday. Hope the 928 group tour is going to go as planned for Tuesday.

I have a lot of family in Washington, and if I visit the state without seeing some of my relatives I'm dead meat. I get a couple of days in Spokane, then it's off to Yakama, for the rest of the week, a stop in Tacoma, then down the coast and back home to Vegas.
