Tony and Andrew, let's plan on going out Thursday. I want to get in on the fun run Friday. Also I plan on heading back Monday, so 4 nights out there. Anyone one else from the North east heading out, we can try and plan on meeting up on the way, still lots of time to decide..

Hi Tony - the one closer to the Friday rally and party is the Hilton Garden where Glen just registered. The prices are a bit better too. I have not heard of any complaints from people who stayed at either and in realtity, they are pretty close to one another. Probably try to get most at the Hilton Garden Inn. I have 10 rooms set aside for Th, 20 for Fri and Sat, and 10 for Sun at each place, but we can increase that if demand warrants.

In my opinion, where Glen booked is the more convenient location out the two. Plus it's newer.

Hmmm, I need to take a work trip in the June/July timeframe to visit a Chemical plant we are building on the Ohio river just NW of Pittsburg. Might be able to align the trip with this event. Maybe I should drive a 928 and try to expense the miles :-)
