Just wondering how much the MAF goes for for my 1985 928s? It is Something I want to do when I am doing my next routine maintenance.

I picked up a rebuilt unit from Roger for $315 and my car has never run better. Gas mileage is much improved too. R & R was a 45 minute job. Just make sure you have a long phillips head or long and wobble 7mm socket and don't loosen the hose clamp too much or it will want to spin while attempting to tighten.

Wish I had done it sooner.

 

Injection Labs can rebuild yours for you...they did mine about 4 or 5 years ago...they have a proprietary wire that lasts longer and I can tell you mine's just been great since the rebuild.

+1 on Injection Labs. I send mine there every time I get a new 928. First thing I do. I can get them done in Oz but prefer to send them to the other side of the planet because they are done right the first time.
