If you have no marker lights your headlight switch could be faulty.

Borrow or buy a good used or new part and check that first.

Is this S3 an auto or manual, makes a big difference for T-Shooting the Reverse lights?

Front Marker lights or Fog and do the Fog lights work?

When doing the LED headlight update you will need to replace the Fog light relay with a standard 53 type else you will have issues with the HI beam and Fogs.

Marker lights are fused (Left and Right side), check you fuses and clean them all while your in there

edit: Headlight (one not working all the time), first check the bulb and clean all the wiring especially the ground (swap bulbs too?) if all checked still no joy could be the Headlight relay $
