Visit with Greg Brown for some high-horsepower options if that's what you are looking for. Otherwise there are no drop-in replacements originally fitted to other cars, that I'm aware of.

Have a twin disc carbon/carbon/carbon clutch that will not slip.....and from testing, appears that will never wear out.

Not as smooth as a stock clutch, not a terrible as some aftermarket clutches. Because there is very little slipping possible when the carbon materials come in contact with each other, it takes some skill to engage the clutch smoothly. The more you get used to the engaging point, the smoother they get. Throwing the keys to a rookie generally does not produce positive feedback....although they can't hurt the clutch.

Both Rob Edwards and Jim Corenman use them in their daily drivers.

I think the question was NOT is there a better, higher clamping force setup BUT did any other car use a similar.....BUT MUCH CHEAPER assembly that could still hold the stock power...short answer is NOPE !!

Default Nice thread title

"What I don't know."

You might want to add;

How to properly title a thread on Rennlist 928 Forum.

In all seriousness, when I saw the title of this thread I thought. "Jeez, I am sure I could write volumes about all the things I don't know, if I just knew enough to even cite them in the first place."
