If your car sees a lot of warm weather and sun I would opt for German vinyl, but seeing as you are in Jersey that won't be too much of a problem
Rob is the go to guy for 928 upholstery. If shipping costs are ridiculous you can just buy the cover from him and have a local installer you trust install it for you.
