It's very hard to do right. If I had it to do over I would box up the dash and send it to Robb Budd

If your car sees a lot of warm weather and sun I would opt for German vinyl, but seeing as you are in Jersey that won't be too much of a problem

Rob is the go to guy for 928 upholstery. If shipping costs are ridiculous you can just buy the cover from him and have a local installer you trust install it for you.

Yep

Leather Dash is garbage ( bought the car 4 years ago in TN so the sun blasted it).
Looking to buy the skin/cover - I have a great guy in NJ that will install

I bought a nice sun shade to go with my beautiful leather dash. And condition with Lexol regularly. It's worth it.
