New 928 w/ 130k miles
I just bought a 1982 928 with an auto. It has 132,000 miles on it.
I discovered that the car has hardly been driven in the past 15 year.
Considering this, what should I replace to make the car reliable?

Replace all hoses front, back , up, down, sideways, etc. etc. etc. carrying automatic transmission fluid or fuel. Both are very flammable and have burned too many cars to the ground because a +25 year old hose sprang a pinhole leak and sprayed onto an ignition source. After that follow Ducman82's guidance.

I think that's a bit over the top without some evidence of failure. No doubt as Greg has said many times, just about all of these cars could use a head gasket job, but if I bought an 82 driver quality that ran well, I would not be looking to pull the engine and have a$5k head job done. Other than fuel lines up front and checking to make sure power steering and tranny lines aren't weeping or leaking, change the fluids and drive. If 85 or later, then look at timing belt too.
Flame away folks, but I think we sometimes go too far on this question.
