Please review and let me know what I am missing for an intake refresh...

The term intake or top end refresh has different meaning to different people such that there is no definitive list of parts that make up the refresh. My own definition is any part that needs replacement or rebuilding/refurbishment that is located or crosses into the volume bounded from left to right between the cam covers, from front to back between the distributor and the firewall, and from top to bottom between the air box and the bottom of the engine valley.
Below is a link to a spreadsheet of parts that I purchased for my refresh. It also includes fuel system parts since my car had been sitting for years and needed a thorough clean up in that area. I purchased all GB lines where applicable. Many are the same that you have listed but there may also be some parts that you may want to consider. In addition to the parts on the spreadsheet I also purchased the short fuel lines, plugs, plug wires, cap and rotor and sent the injectors out to WitchHunter.

Thanks Nate - I am going to call Roger too and see what his recommendation is. I think my car is very similar to yours in terms of sitting for awhile...
