Kamilo,
My cars are later but all the horn wiring comes from the light harness across the front of the car just ahead of the light bar. It should disappear into the passenger fender and be routed under the headlight.

They effectively disconnected the battery.... the big heavy lead and the large red wires were connected at an insulated stud called the jump start post mounted to the inner fender. The unplugged Green wire brings the tach signal over to the harness. The butt connectors and tape and inline fuse connectors were added.

This isn't related to the horn. For the horn: check the fuse and the relay, almost everything depends on the year of your car - so always tell us that info.

so you know the horn is grounded somewhere
Lets take a look,
SO jack up the RF ,
remove the wheel ,
and fender liner and front block off plate.
You should then see the horn/s there should 2 of them.
Before doing anything look at how the wires are routed and where they are anchored under the headlamp, it helps to put the headlights up first .
Your looking for pinched wire or a cut harness where the metal clamp hold the harness,
make sure the harness is loose enough with the lights up so it wont pull on the harness and cut it.
get a 12v power source and with the wires disconnected from each horn test them.
if the horns work then the chances are good that the wires are shorted to the chassis.
if the horns dont work test with a continuity meter to see if one of the leads is internally grounded to the horn.
Next connect a test lamp to the horn wires and have a helper push the horn,
the light should come on ,
if the fuse blows then you have to look at the horn wires from the horns to the steering wheel
