Default Acorn Nuts

Does anyone know of a source for the little (8mm I think) acorn nuts and washers that secure the plug wires to the cam covers. I dropped one when replacing my plug wires and would like to buy some new ones. Replacing the wires was more of a chore than I expected with all the little brackets buried in hard to reach places.

Now that Home Depot has driven every other hardware store out of business I can never find specialty hardware. Thanks,

Steve

Acorn nuts are also known as cap nuts and are commonly used on motorcycles. If you have any bike shops near you they should have a good assortment. Hillman makes them and supplies Lowes and other big box stores with theirs. Also available on Amazon:
https://www.amazon.com/Hillman-Group...n%3A3622111011. Several sizes available. Lowes: http://www.lowes.com/pl/Metric-cap-n...are/4294546106.
I have purchased brass ones from E-bay.

Does anyone remember what size they are for plug wires? I think they were 8mm.

I found a handful when I did my top end! Oak, I believe...

They were nestled around the throttle body. With some wrappers and a few vac. lines missing.
