The color looks off on the Continental Orange car. Is it your garage lights? Looks more like my '08 Boxster S
Great collection!

The yellow/orange "corner" of the color spaces used in cameras, editing systems and monitors is particularly sensitive to variations, not to mention the lighting conditions - here a mixture of outside overcast light and bulbs. Just the monitor situation is telling if you put two screens side-by-side. None of us is seeing the colors the same way.
Even laying eyeballs directly on a car is subject to the interpretations of our complicated (and individual) visual perception system. I was an early adopter of digital imaging in my 2nd career as a photographer - it took many years for the industry to get this sorted out. Nikon kept the color profile of its first digital camera a secret, which was like refusing to divulge whether a thermometer displayed Celsius or Fahrenheit. Much better now, but discussions of color fidelity online still involve people looking at different screens, rarely calibrated, and in different surroundings.

Van (Alex) and ADK (other Curt) I think we need a Rochester area get together with the new Chuck.
I'm in Fairport/Victor how have I not run into you as I've been a 928 guy since 2000 and here on renny. You guys ever want to come to the track with us as I'm the Niagara Region Track event guy...
Alex, I see you on the PCA roster but I've never run into you at any event?

Some guy (shown at 1:54) that loves 928s. What's the problem?

It's a rude thing to do, both to me as the producer/owner of the original video and to VanD, the owner of the cars. It also violates copyright, both the principle and the law.
Folks who try to make a living in the creative fields - like me - are very sensitive to the concept of intellectual property, which can mean the difference between making a rent payment or not at one extreme, or simply the idea that I get to decide how something is used. It's a bit abstract for others to understand the same way, and it often catches them off guard that someone like me gets pissed off about it.
I've sent Youtube a takedown request under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. The uploader has been at this game, with nine other Porsche videos probably of similar dubious origins, for just a few weeks.

That's funny..
Curt I would definitely be in for a drive/get together this summer. Alex may have a tough time getting there on time by the time he decided which car to drive..
Maybe a nice ride from the ROC area down to Naples area or something like that?

It's amazing how many people steal other peoples' videos and mix them in to a kind of "greatest hits" in an attempt to generate views and monetize (ad income) the videos. Lots of teens are doing this.
