Little point in going to LOOK at a car unless you actually have the cash to buy it....otherwise all you can do is TALK.....even if you "make a deal" the seller can change their mind, take a higher offer which is why you ask before you go look, do you have the title ? Is there any reason I can not take it with me TODAY ? Unless of course you just like LOOKING
"Comes with xxxx part" = even with xxxx part installed, it's still is a POS
Well in fairness, an exception to this rule is a 928 that "comes with new window/sunroof switches." Because you know, they need to be replaced about every 10 days or so.
For me, any swearing in the Ad, or "no lowballers".
Or any Ad where the list of restrictions is longer then the description of the car.
"I can't be bothered to give even the smallest details on the car, but here is a list of all the things that will make me mad. No texts. No Lowballers. Cash only for a test drive. Don't waste my time. I know what I have and I'm not in a hurry to sell. Only available to view on my schedule during full moons which occur in even months. Don't call me after 6 pm or before noon. Serious buyers only..."
All you're telling me is that you're not someone I want to deal with.
I basically agree unless the seller can qualify it by some pretty detailed descriptions of what he did and why.

While some of the statements are definite turn-offs, I would also qualify an ad with something to encourage suitable purchasers to step forward. Too many people think 928s are cheap. Also, when you are dealing something with like a GT in decent shape, there is no reason to be in a hurry. The trick is simply to match the buyer and the car (or to find the right car for your needs if your the buyer). People new to 928s (and other similar kinds of cars) haven't figured this out yet. Thus, the absolutely pathetic performance of car salesmen and some sellers.
My personal favorite:
"Comes with set of snow rims and tires."
Like Goethe said, "Du sprichst ein grosses Wort gelassen aus."
