Issues after upgrading Chips for 85-86 ?

There's also some adjustment range on the TPS itself via the two screws that mount it to the throttle body. My issue is that the trottle body spring seems to be kind of weak which makes the return to the idle stop on the TPS inconsistent if I adjust all of the slack out of the accelerator cable, seems a very delicate dance to get everything working correctly.

The adjustment range on the throttle switch is so that you can correctly set the idle switch...has nothing to do with full throttle.
