Steve,
I bought the chips from Kuhleast. I never associated him with the Jag dealer. The guy at Kuhleast used the name Paul Miller. Clear enough? He's probably not the only person in Jersey named Paul Miller. What do you think Steve?

Since you asked and in the interest of protecting the community, I pasted below what I asked and what he responded with. I don't have the reply I sent him back so that is not included. However, I own an actual set of the Repair Manuals. As such, I don't see how anyone could use the information in there to get something that is so close to 928 Specialists charts without actually having seen them before, and even then without outright downloading and modifying them.
Regards,
JE

I've traded emails with Dave Roberts on this - perhaps he'll drop in.
If you'll check that auction again, and look at the seller's feedback, you'll see Dave showing no mercy.

Frankly, I am suprised that so many people log in and participate in those Auctions to get ripped off. I personally have been stung too many times there and kicked myself each time for believing that I was actually gonna a square deal. When you put it in E-Bay's hands to fix- they tell you you should have been wiser and purchase the insurance (capitalizing on their customers grief) or, contact the the Attorney General or a long list of other law enforcement authourities that are also not interested in your $5.00 rip off.

That is Halirious !!!!!!!!!!!!
I think that he should add a few more feedbacks that look like this:
Here it is for free http://www.928gt.com/928specs/85-86relay.htm

FYI, I sent an e-mail this morning asking him to stop... his reply was 2 words... "What Ever"..
Oh, and the name in his e-mail was Paul Miller.
I would appreciate anyone who has bought from this guy sending me his address for my attorney.
Thanks,

Dave,
Be careful with this guy... He may be Robert Hack or Paul Miller or ???
To my knowledge, they are both related to Motodyne so check these links where he is making friends:
1. Audi Ripoffs:
a) http://forums.audiworld.com/9080/msgs/8852.phtml
b) http://forums.audiworld.com/9080/msgs/9016.phtml
2. Death Threats:
a) http://www.audifans.com/pipermail/s-...er/007520.html
b) http://www.urs4.com/home.htm
It might be worth a call to Jimmy Pribble at www.urs4.com to see how he handled Motodyne

Don't forget that the same anonymity that Hack uses can be used against him, Grasshopper...
If different folks do what Dave did, we can shut down every one of his nyms as they pop up.
Or we could have a Sharkfest on his doorstep.

Nice work, Dave. At least you've killed this ID for this jerk. I've sent you a PM w his address (from when he bought a shop manual CD from me..joke was on him this time since I knew the crook was going to copy and sell it).
