^^^^^ !Yech! Anyone who looks at the car later, or tries to service the booster, will see the squeeze-out after they try and pry the booster from the firewall. Make a paper or cardboard gasket, make it pretty, and move on.

Very recent discussion included a recommendation to just cut one from a manila file folder.

Default NLA gasket for the brake / brake booster reassembly

Good morning. I tried to order part number two on the diagram below from 928 international and they said it is no longer available and I have to fabricate one. Is there any specific gasket material that I need to use for this?

Thanks!

Tom please reread post 2 BTDT
Edit OK if you dont want to use manila folder,

NOTE this material is usually found inside one of your cabinets at home ....
.
then take a ride to your favorite FLAPS and buy a roll of gasket material.

\ When you get home, roll it out and let sit on a flat surface till it takes on a flat shape, might take a few days for this to happen,
then cut out the gasket.

Thank you, I am somewhat less confused now.

Will just fabricate one from gasket material.
