Nice looking car but you DID buy a maintenance nightmare.
Only thing worse would have been a Jaguar of the same era. I suggest you either start learning how to do your own work or get an extra job to pay someone to fix it when it breaks. There is more than enough info and help on this site that you should try to do the work yourself.
