Question What Are The Current Options For Replacing CIS Hard Lines?

Hello !

I hope everyone is having a great day,
and I also would like to wish each of you and early "Happy Memorial Day".

What are the current options for replacing hard fuel lines for CIS?
As I inspect my lines, there are several areas of external corrosion (especially at bends),
as well as what would appear to be the typical wear-and-tear of prior installations and removals....

Have you had to replace your CIS hard lines? Any insight and advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Dan

Greg, what's the prices on your CIS hose set?
I have a 78 I'm redoing an engine on. The factory lines are still good. But would prefer these.

928Classics used to advertise them for around $700 (IIRC) for the complete set. Looks every bit worth it if you are not going to keep the car as original as possible. I am planning for a set of these once I put together my M28.11 for my '78 5spd.

Let me know what they are currently going for if yo ucan.

thanks

Hi Hoi,
Thanks for the tip.
Unfortunately it looks like the 928Classics site is gone.

Greg's CIS lines are excellent!
But not original enough looking for some applications....that's a given.
