Hi guys, I did a search on this topic and didn't see it anywhere - if it's already covered, please redirect me (and apologies)...

I have a 1982 928 manual without the optional LSD. I see 928 International carries them used at a very reasonable price. I was planning to drop the transaxle out of the car anyway, so i thought about trying an upgrade.

Do you know if it is simply a straight swap, or are there any additional parts and/or machining required to make the LSD fit? Would be good to have a better sense of the job before I get myself into trouble...
