Default Issue with pop-up lights and windows

I had an odd issue with my GT. The pop-up head lights and windows stopped working at the same time. Odd issue is these systems looked to me to be on different relays, yet are connected somehow...
any ideas?

I think so, just odd that both these issue would occur at the some time...and then work fine for about 2 seconds...then stop working again

Why would you say the ignition? How would that work?

New information: "just odd that both these issue would occur at the some time...and then work fine for about 2 seconds...then stop working again"

Weird electrical stuff like that fits that additional information you provided. when it happens again see if your wipers work. That was an ignition switch symptom for my car.

Most of the credit goes to Alan and others that help me diagnose an intermittent no brake lights and wipers fault.
