Default Car & Driver 1977

This article in Car & Driver was published in 1977 and someone on FB made a good quality pdf from it and shared it using Google.docs. Happy downloads!

"Unlike numerous so-called 2+2s, the 928's rear seats will accommodate a pair of adults"

Brock Yates must have been friends with some very short people

On that note, in case anyone wasn't aware. Brock Yates removed himself from the public eye in the last couple of years due to his battle with Alzheimers:

I encourage every "car guy" to read his book Cannonball! - yes, it contains 928 content:

What's the trick for downloading from the google drive pdf viewer? I can view but there is no download option. It appears Jim did not intend this to be downloadable.

Thanks for sharing, I grew up on LJK Setright articles in CAR magazine, very flowery wording but knew his stuff. I never agreed with him that his Honda was the best handling car made at the time though.

When you view the article, you can use the "save" option. Try a right mouse click.

Am I the only person here who did not understand what they were talking about in a large part of this article? I enjoyed reading it but, Wow, I felt even more ignorant as a result!

Bill, and peeps
Here is the front page, preface to the C&D article. I've never posted it on FB, but someone found the link then did.

Viewing via my website (and not downloadable, sorry)
has been published for some time.
http://928classics.com/1/post/2014/1...june-1977.html

The content of the article is fantastic! That is why it was scanned and made available to view.
For educational purposes only, not intended for republication via the website.
Thanks!

Yes, an obtuse writing style with lots of inside jokes that were lost on me too. Still you could tell these guys appreciated the car.
