Default Lower quarter molding question

Does anyone know what the difference is between the follwoing:

928.543.417.09
928.543.417.10

Pelican lists the .10 as the drivers side molding but the PET lists both as left.

TIA

According to PET both are left (drivers) side, change 417 to 418 for right side. This is common, when there is a left/right difference the next-to-last number group designates the side. The last number group is generally a revision code.

I believe that the .10 is the correct part for 87-95 cars. The .09 is the part# for pre-87 "S" cars with a rear spoiler, also specified for option M471 "Integrated Rear Spoiler (87-89)"-- I am not sure what that is.

Jim is correct and each part number has a 70K suffix denoting black.

The other difference is that 09 is metal and 10 is plastic.

M471 was an option to put the earlier integrated spoiler - pre 86 on the later 87 body.
