Default where this vac hose supposed to go Climate control related ( I Think)

I found this blue hose unconnected. It is located under the plastic cover on the drivers side between the fire wall and the windshield. it disapears through the wall into the guage cluster area.
I am assuming it is climate control related, but am not certain.

Looks like somebody rerouted/replaced some of the vac lines. Where do the orange ones appear to go? You should get into the climate control vacuum blocks using the information in the link Ducman82 provided.

Hook it to a vacuum source (like a Mityvac) and see what changes or if it even holds a vacuum.
