If you just did a visual check for leaks, you need to go a step further and do a finger wipe of each joint, smelling your finger to pick up smaller leaks that do not drip or squirt. There may be a more professional way, but the finger wipe and smell has found very slow leaks for me. Also, these joints should not very horrendously tight. The stock fittings have a fairly low torque spec. Greg can advise if he didn't send a spec sheet with the parts. If you have a leak anywhere, it pays to open the joint and make sure there is no debris or burrs rather than just overtighten. The original ball joints are subject to this problem.

I have also learned to assemble everything loose at first, making sure lines are routed perfect and all fittings line up exactly. Then start tigbtening, and doing this I have not had any leaks. Any other way and I get a leak.

I did a finger wipe and used a paper towel pieces to wipe and smell for gas...no smell...I buttoned everything up...about to fire her up after lunch...
