Give your business to Witchhunter and know that it will be done right. Peace of mind should be worth 9 days.

I see on Witchhunter's site they are no longer accepting shipments of injectors "so they can get their backlog down". I find this a curious business decision.
Are there no other places anyone would recommend for injector cleaning and service? Any places in Denver or on the front range anyone would recommend?

There's nothing particularly exotic about the Bosch injectors in the 928. We "support" a few vendors like Witchhunter who offer great service. Any good injector-cleaning place should be able to give you similar results. But... Some injectors (S4+ for sure) take different o-ring sizes than what the same injector uses when installed in a Mustang or whatever. Your options then move to getting the correct o-rings from one of our favorite parts vendors, and installing them yourself on your newly-cleaned injectors. Or buying a set of already-cleaned and outfitted injectors from these same vendors on an exchange basis.
Several years ago now, there was a sale from one of the Ford performance parts places on new Ford Racing 19# injectors for a Mustang. With the correct 0-rings, they were a drop-in fit in my S4. Other cars use the same injectors you have in your 1980 928, may just take a little research here. Regardless, new correct o-rings need to be fitted either by the rebuilder or by you.
