How the 928 can change your life, or...Gracias, Amigos

Jim:
That's a great story! Everyone should be so lucky to be passionate about their work. Most aren't so lucky.
When you leave the Windy City to head back to Minneapolis, let me know. My Shark's looking for a good Tech.

The current joke is that when I'm done with this, I'll become a journalist and a politician, and complete the quad-fecta of the most hated professions.
Seriously, this kind of support is one of the things I love about this group. I'll be sure to gather as much relevant info and/or pictures as I can possibly, legitimately provide.
I'm a little disappointed to learn today that the classroom coverage of the 928 is GTS only - I guess they have to draw the MY line somewhere. No matter; I'm sure there's plenty of info to be had.
Thanks again everybody...now I have three weeks to move out of Chicago, put my stuff in storage, and haul me, my toolbox, my stuff, and my Shark to Atlanta. And try to see the long-suffering girlfriend.
And Jim - point well taken. I remember watching a Monster Garage promo where Jesse James said "We don't need more accountants and computer people and all that sh*t. We need more people who can work with these (holding up hands) and be craftsmen and build something and support their families and have pride in their work". Run-on sentence aside, I guess I'll take that as my mantra.

Oh, and while you are "there" - remember all the folks "here".... You are still a part of this community, perhaps even more then you know....

Glad you finished. My son decided not to go to u.t.i. I wish he had. We met last fall when the school had the open house. I gave you and one of the instructors a hand working on your vac. advance issue. Good luck.
