New owner - '87 S4
After completely remodeling a house, learning a ton about 928s from the intelligent folks on rennlist and finding an incredible car locally, I now own a 1987 928 S4 with only 54k miles. I couldn't be happier. It is Felsengruen Metallic with linen seats/carpet and a dark grey/green dash.

Congratulations.
Though for some reason I'm not seeing the pictures, it asked me to sign in.
Anyhow, I'm glad your search has finally concluded with the car of your dreams. I hope she treats you well and you two enjoy each others company for many, many years to come.
Brian.

The To-Do List
Thanks Guys. I was out in Austin with family this weekend and I couldn't upload using pictures to rennlist using the app, so I just used a link.
I mentioned the Spring Fling to the better half, and she mentioned we a school function to attend that Saturday, so I will need to pass on this one.
There is a running list of things to do, a few I would say our priority, unless folks here convince me otherwise. Here it is...
Thoughts? Is there something I am missing or should do before the others?

There is a running list of things to do, a few I would say our priority, unless folks here convince me otherwise. Here it is...
- new greg brown fuel lines -- as GB says, cheap insurance
- flex plate check and adjustment -- does this affect higher mileage cars more
- Thermostat orings on water-bridge, consider replacing all o-rings on water-bridge -- took a pictures of goop near the elbow at water-bridge, i assume one of those o-rings is the culprit
- rear brake squeal inspection...back passenger squeals at braking.
- clean grounds -- car starts, but it takes a bit longer than I am used to, will a ground cleaning solve this problem?
- rear hatch strut -- seems weak currently
- porkens lift bars -- gotta get this thing off the ground
- jump post cover -- gotta cover that thing up...it could be embarrassing
- top end refresh -- not sure about power coating now with all the issues..
- floor mats
- bluetooth stereo
Thoughts? Is there something I am missing or should do before the others?
