Clicking nose from right front
I am hearing a clicking nose from the right front side. It only happens when I am driving. The faster I go the faster the clicking nose. Does anyone have any Ideas?
Also The coolant light came on today. I checked the coolant and everything ok. It has come a couple of times, only when I park on a slope. But today I was parked level.
Thanks,
Kat

I'm betting it's the counter for the check the O2 sensor light.
The O2 sensor check light is just a counter, after so many miles it come on. After a while, the counter wears out, and just gets to ckicking.
Just disconnect it.

Does it stop when you apply the brakes lightly? I had that recently and I fixed it by putting on a new brake pad clip or "retaining spring" in the PET. The big spring thing that goes on the outside pad of "S" brakes.

1 Buy a motorcycle side car.
2 drill holes in your right front fender and securely attach it to the right front of your car.
3 get your mechanic to sit in the side car, preferably with a mechanic's stethoscope. and demonstrate the noise by driving as fast as you can while he looks around for it.
But seriously folks; see whether you can identify the source of the noise while someone drives the car at about 3mph. It could be the wheel, the fan/belt/etc, or the suspension.

Lizard.
It's obvious. The faster you go the louder and more intense the noise. I wouldn't recommend anything over 140 though. As to the seat belt, how would the mechanic be able to look around for the noise if he were belted in? Boy, I have to tell you everything!!

Lizard,
Boy, you don't know much, do you?
It's 140mph and the added wind resistance of the side car and the mech could unbalance the car above that speed. As far as decibels is concerned, it would probably be juuuuust a tad louder than the mech's screams!
Think man, think!!!

I'll go with ViribusUnits. The counter is located beside the passenger seat under the cover at the base of the door. I repacked my front wheel bearings before I found that sucker.

Definately the counter for the O2 sensor. Remove the knurl nut on the cover betweent he passenger seat and the door. Then unplug the counter. If the clicking stops, problem solved! If not, plug it back in, replace the cover and start looking elsewhere, but my $9.28 is on the O2 sensor counter.
