I am looking for a 2.54 ring and pinion gear set from a 89-newer auto transmission.

And it is with GB at the moment.

Have fun with this! Having just gone through adding an LSD and the associated re-shimming, aligning, etc, I can tell you it is a rewarding job if you enjoy precision mechanical work.

 

Speedtoys - what is the story with your transmission? Are you getting a rebuild from Greg and/or parting one out?

 

Greg is doing work on the trans in my 87 (a rebuild), and parting out another box at a junkyard found an A28.16 W/LSD. The LSD is going in mine, and the R&P I dont need. I already have a 2.54 in the car.

My last 2.54 transmission went with my white car when I sold it to ****.
