Default Not Getting Enough Fuel?

Not sure if it is just coincidence but I have been adjusting the headlights on the main bar and getting the horns going so had the front drivers wheel and splash guards off ( passenger side on US cars) and mucking around in that area.
Since putting it all together the car seems to be starving for gas, almost like an injector or 2 are not working so am wondering if there is anything in that area that I may have disturbed like a vacuum line or something

Well it's all fixed I put a can of liqui moly injector cleaner in the gas tank, went for a 2 hr drive and all sorted. Had the fuel sender out to repair it and maybe I stirred up a bit of dirt.
From pretty much only just running to the best it has ever gone since I have had it

Nice one Paul. When I had the fuel sender out I used the opportunity to drain all the fuel and clean the tank (including with a Karcher) and getting 99% of the grime off the bottom of the tank. All done in situ so wasn't too much of a drama at all...

Good idea, I'm actually going to drop the tank in the near future because I can only half fill it so I think something is going on with the vent

the hose that go from the top of the filler neck to the top of the main body if not routed correctly gets pinched and you have a big air bubble trapped in the top half of the main body of the tank since the tank is like a tea pot with a spout.

Solved my venting problem. Some insect had crawled up the vent by the bumper and had built a nest or something (car was stored for a couple of years)so a quick blow with compressed air to the outside sorted it out. James I think I will do a tank clean as you did with the tank in place since I don't need to remove it now.

Great news.

First off I left some Nulon Petrol System Clean to sit in the bottom of the tank. After Karchering I taped rags to the end of a short broom stick to mop up the bottom of the tank. (Pre-Rennlist so no photos sorry).

A clean tank is one of those things that's makes you feel the car is going to behave less like a 30 year old...
