My 928 saw the shadow of a snow plow, so 45 more days of salt and sand.

Meanwhile in the western US...

Central Oregon is looking forward to low 60's today, with overnights getting down to freezing maybe. Pattern the last few weeks has been normal-plus-15. SoCal is sweltering for this time of year, with record highs expected for many cities in the southwest and western US.

If there were any doubters left about climate change and global warming trends, it looks like we are setting up for another year of higher temperatures.

Meanwhile, exceptionally low raw fossil fuel costs in the Americas (coal, oil, natural gas) are helping folks like us 'help' the trend. This morning's fuel market analysis call suggests that sub-$2 pump prices will be the norm for at least the next couple years in the U.S.. "Rogue" fuel producers, now with Iran back in the global market, are flooding the supply side. Looks like the business to be in may be floating tankers as we run out of other places to store the overflow. At least keep your fuel tanks full! :O

Dr. Bob, You need to use the metric scale or the Canadians (and the rest of the civilized World) won't understand it.

Hmm, about 0.7 real dollars to a metric Canadian dollar, right? And "civilized" is a perception thing. GB residents are trying to get their arms around the idea of d. trump as US president, and whether or not to allow him into the countries.

Now back to your regularly-scheduled "how about this weather?!" discussion.

Unfortunately, the car and I are not close right now. Earliest schedule gap right now is early May.

What a great time to own and drive a 928 while gas prices are so low! Buy more parts from Roger with the extra disposable income!
