+1 Those little fockers will get past you and slip down into the black hole nether-sump. Luckily, if they do fall, nothing bad will happen.

I was dreading this but it was one of the easiest things I have done...must have done something wrong lol!!!
The hardest part was the small washer at the bottom. I used a small dab of grease to hold it in place while I maneuvered the small pipe in place.
