Default Newbie: Missing Parts Idenitifcation

Hi all, sorting out my PO xenon headlight issues and saw some items missing from the driver's side. I tried identifying them using a parts locator, but can't determine which system they would belong to.

1. Hanging wire with rubber end connects to??
2. Silver bracket behind driver's side inner fender splash guard holds???
3. I don't think anything is missing, but both sides have a tab seen in the background of the wire pic that has a two nut adjuster bolt (slightly corroded in pic), what the heck is that for??

edit: sorry that the pics are rotated 90deg ccw

2. Is the bracket that holds one end of the Alternator Cooling Hose.

Here's where the opposite end connects.

#1 plugs into the temp sensor that goes inside the alternator cooling hose

Got it. Thanks! I'll be reinstalling the needed items.

I'd still like to know #3, the tabs are on both sides of the car and have a set screw/bolt. No idea why they are there! Maybe something related to stock headlights that have since been deleted?

Ha! That is so obvious now. Not so much when working in the panel w the headlights up. Good to know!
