All it took was this:
Strip car bare and take apart
Have them reform the fenders after the color coat is down. Pounded out by hand and reshaped.
(Putty is for sanding so they can see where is high and where is low)
Wait for a while
Visit car a couple times while at the shop all 6 months
Pick up car and put it back together
Total cost when all done was right at $11,000.

You could probably skip the stripping of the whole car bare and just have the rear quarters stripped, formed and repainted when you are done.
This shop would be more than happy to do it for you.
